Mizuki = Japanese name.
Bebe = English name.
Anyway, Bebe is in Hearthome, near the Contest Hall. She gives you an Eevee for free after you get the National Pok�Dex.

Mizuki is the Japanese name for Bebe. You can find her next to the Hearthome city Pokemon center. You have to have the national Pokedex though.

She's always been in the house east to the Pokemon center... And it's Bebe, in the english version. And she'll only give you the Eevee once you obtain the national dex.

In the building right beside the Pokemon center. SHE gives you the Eevee.

Ok remember when you seen that girl named Bebe and she was the one who did the pokebox thing well she is the one who gives you the eevee but only after you complete the sinnoh pokedex.
