Hey does anyone know how to get the HMs rockclimb and strength?? Plz answer in detail

HM04 (Strength): Route 209 Lost Tower
HM08 (Rock Climb): Pick up behind a house on Route 217

Rock Climb - Right above a house on the way to Snowpoint City. This Hiker says he's missing his HM and it's right above his house.
Strength - Right below Solaceon Town, go to Lost Tower and go to the Top Floor. Strength is there.

To get HM04 Strength, you need to go on route 209 and go in the Lost Tower. Get to the top of that tower and talk to the person there, and they'll give it to you.
To get HM08 Rock Climb, you need to fly to Snowpoint City. Go through Acuity Lakefront, I think, and go onto route 217. Once you're there, go all the way to the left and go down until you see a house. Near that house will be HM08 Rock Climb. Coincidentally [spelling], go into the house and you'll obtain the Icicle Plate from that Hiker.

HM rockclimb is at snowpoint by a house. To get HM strength in the place where the ghosts are at.
