Question for Pokemon Diamond

Does anyone know how to get to route 224 I really need to know because I have oaks letter and it tells me to go to 224.

P.S. I alredy went to stark mountain and helped the dude out and I got out and went back in to see if heatran was there and he wasnt what do I do? Please help thanks

When you went in victory road this guy said "someday the world will grow larger". Get the National Dex and he will be gone. This girl will be inside. Help her through and there is route 224.

Go to the survival area and she is in the house west of the Pokemon center. Talk to her and she will leave. Go to Stark Mountain and there is Heatran at Lv. 70.

1. Go in Victory Road starting at the Pokemon League. Go in the cave and go down. Pass the old guy and go up the stairs just beyond him. Go across the bridge, and around that rock, and go in the cave you end up at. Since you apparently haven't been here before, you have to use defog here and meet up with a girl, Mina I think, and help her out. She'll join you. There will be many chances to level up, for there are many double battles to take. Anyway, the point is to go the end, and she'll be talking about this endless field of flowers or something. Go out the cave, and now you're on route 224. [You need the national dex]. As with everyone else, besides your rivals and Cynthia, you'll never see her again.

2. Go back to Survival Area and go in the house west to the Pokemon center. She'll be in that house with her grandfather or someone like that, and she'll go put back the Magma Rock, or whatever the treasure is called. She's a little quick, because after that, I don't think you'll ever see her again. Anyway, go back to Stark Mountain, and now in that room, will be a Heatran, level 70, either male or female.


P.S. Did you cheat to get the Oak's Letter? Because I wasn't aware of a Nintendo Event occuring for Diamond/Pearl ALREADY. It's barely been 2 weeks since the game's been out.
