How do you (if so) breed the starters? Please awnser fast even if no.

You breed them with a Ditto, imported from FR/LG/Emerald at the Pal Park.

You have to get to Solaceon Town. There is a breeding center there.

In Solaceon Town, there is a breeding center. Breed them with anybody in their Egg Group, or when you get the National Pok�Dex, import a Ditto.

Well, first off, your starter must be a female. If it's not, then you'll have to wait until you get the national dex and then a ditto. Go to Solaceon town and leave your starter with a Pokemon from the same breeding group of male gender. If you started of with Chimchar, you can breed it with a Shinx, Luxio or Luxray. If you started of with Turtwig, you can breed it with a Roselia or Roserade and if you started of with Piplup, you can breed it with a bidoof. Remember, the Pokemon you put in the Day care must be oposite genders if you want then to lay an egg.
