Go downstairs in the Pokemon center and a woman willl give you the pal pad.
Talk to the woman next to the door, she'll let you connect to NWFC
(Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection)
And your FC (Friend Code) will be where it says "Connect to Wi-Fi to recieve your friend code) It will say a 16 digit number which will be your friend code.
