After you get to Oreburgh, go to the Bottom Center of the Pok�mon Center. To sign up, you need to get the Pal Pad (in-game.). You need a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector or a Wireless router to connect. When you connect, you can use Wi-Fi. If you need further help, go to NintendoWiFi.com
