If you have seen at least 35 Pokemon in your Sinnoh Dex, Professor Rowan's aide will be found near the entrance to Cycling Road near Eterna City, and he'll give it to you.

His not their for mine and i have 41 in my dex and yes i still play it in 2020

Go to Eterna City and talk to the one guy from the professors lab after you have seen 35 Pokemon in your pokedex. He is in the little building near the name rater building where it goes to the route.

The Experience Share is gained by going to Eterna City and going South, you'll reach the building that takes you to Cycling Road. Professor Rowan's Aid is there and will give you the Experience Share.

Okay I've seen 150 Pokémon in the Sinnoh Dex AND got admitted into the Hall of Fame and he isn't showing up at the end of the cycling road......is it a glitch?
