Talk to the Galactic Grunt when trying to leave pastoria city, and follow him to the Valor Lakefront. On the way, you'll battle your rival. Beat him, and continue on. Following the Grunt, you'll eventually battle him. Beat him, and go north a little and you'll notice Cynthia will talk to you. She'll give you a secretpotion to heal the Psyduck along route 210. It doesn't matter whether you fly to Veilstone or Solaceon now or later, however if you continue along route 214, you'll end up at Veilstone, so it doesn't matter. Either way, go to route 210, eventually or now, and heal the Psyduck. Cynthia shows up and gives you the old charm, which you'll need to give to her grandmother in Celestic Town, so that is obviously your next destination. Along rotue 210, you will have to use defog, which is obtained in the Safari Game in Pastoria City. Go to Pastoria City, and go in the bottom part, talking to the old woman along the way. Battle the galactic grunt, talk to the old woman again, give her the old charms, go in the cave, examine the drawing, talk to the old woman again, get hm03, and run off to hearthome city and battle the 5th gym leader. Oh yeah, and by the way, she's in the contest hall, with your mom.

Lucario is evolved from Riolu, which is obtained when you go through Iron Mountain with this Lucario fan and beat the grunts at the end. Save room in your party for an egg, which holds Riolu.

He said it right but spell lucario right that just shows no respect to it when you spell it wrong you can spell every thing else wrong but not lucario

Go to Pastoria City, after you beat Crasher Wake. Above, you'll see a Galactic Grunt. Talk to him and he'll be muttering words to himself. He'll notice you, and then tell you to back away and not to follow him. Guess what you're going to do? Follow him. It would be smart if you go to the Pok�mon Center first, because as soon as you talk to him for the second time, he will run away after talking to you and your Rival will bump into you, again, he wants a battle. I found that out the hard way. ._. Follow him until he starts to get tired. Eventually, he will battle you. When he does, he'll complain that the only reason that he lost to you is because he was so tired. What a pathetic excuse. Afterwards, he'll get slower with walking. Follow him to the North of the Lakefront. You'll meet Cynthia, the Pok�mon League Champion. She'll blabber a bit with you and then give you the SecretPotion to give to the Psyduck blocking a Route near Floaroma. Give the Psyduck the Potion and you'll gain access to another City. You can then go back to Hearthome City and you'll need to visit the Contest Hall. Your mom will be there, along with the fifth gym leader. They'll depart and you can then proceed to challenge the Gym Leader.

After you gain access to Canalave City, you will be able to go to Iron Island. Go to Iron Island and you'll meet with a trainer. He has a Lucario with him. At the end of your trip with him, beating the two Galactic Grunts, he will give you an Egg. This Egg hatches into Riolu. Riolu is the Pre-Evolved form of Lucario. To make Riolu evolve into Lucario, you need to make it be very friendly toward you, when you do that, you can level it up, DURING THE DAYTIME, and then you will have a Lucario with you.
