Unlock(unleash upon shinno)Arceus by entering EVERYONE HAPPY and then when he ask's you the next question answer with WIFI CONNECTION ( via the dude you tell this to is on the 3rd floor in the television building in Jubilife City)

1. Just so you know, it unlocks Mystery Event. You need Heaven's Pipe to battle Arceus, on the top of Mt. Coronet, which is obtained at a Nintendo Event, or by cheating. True, you need Mystery Event to get the item, but it doesn't unlock Arceus ITSELF or anything.
2. It's the japanese name for Sunnyshore City.

Umm dude yeah the heavens pipe just raises the chance by ALOT to catch it but you can catch it but the chance is near the same as catching a shiney (nintendo moderator told me and he said the others are not in the game without mystery event at all) P.S. It's unvarified to me it's just what I herd ^.^
