3: Solaceon and you can trade a haunter from a girl in Snowpoint, but she gives it an Everstone so it won't turn into Gengar. The Haunters name is Gaspar. *giggles*

1. You get Lucario after you get the egg from the one guy who partners up with you on the Iron Island near Canaclave. You have to level up it's pre evoulution from level 1 to level 30.

2.The 5th gym leader is in Hearthome and you have to answer some easy math problems to get to her. She has ghost type pokemon. Her toughest is the Mismagius (Misdreaveus evolution).

3.The daycare center is in Solocean Town.

1. Go to Canalave City. You need to beat the fifth Gym Leader first. Take the boat to Iron Island. Eventually, you'll find a guy with a Lucario with him. He'll tag along with you. Beat the Galactic Grunts at the end and if there's space in your party, you'll get an Egg that contains Riolu. That evolves into Lucario.
2. Hearthome City.
3. Floaroma Town. Haunter is in the Lost Tower (along with Gastly.).

1. You have to get Riolu (who is in an egg) from Iron Island. You can get there from the Canalave City Dock. Also, Riolu is the pre-form of Lucario.

2. The 5th Gym is in Hearthome City and the actual Gym Leader is... Well.. I think you have to beat the 4th Gym and follow that Team Galactic member. She'll be in the Gym. I think.

3.The Day Care center is in Solaceon Town. Sorry, I think the only way to get Haunter is by evolving Gastly.

You can't get lucario but you can get it's first form riolu in iron mountain after you team up with someone to beat team galactic... Make sure you have room in your party to get the egg. The fifth gym leader comes out when you meet your mom in the contest hall and she'll appear after you beat wake in pastoria city

1. You can transport him from Pokemon Ranger earlier in the game, if you want. Or, once you have at least 6 badges, you can have access to the Iron Cave from Canalave City. From there, you'll meet up with some dude, forgot his name, and he'll team up with you. And, at the end of Iron Cave, you'll battle a galactic grunt, and once you win, which you should hopefully do, he'll give you a Riolu egg. Either way, you'll get a Riolu egg and he'll evolve into Lucario during the day when he likes you a lot.

2. Get all 4 badges, first. Talk to Cynthia. Go to route 214. Heal the Psyduck. Talk to Cynthia again. Go on to Celestic Town and battle the galactic grunts. Go inside the cave they were blocking, examine the back wall, and talk to the old lady once again. You'll give her the old charm then. After that, go to Hearthome City, go in the contest hall, talk to the gym leader and your mom, and you should now have access to the 5th gym.

3. The Day care center is in Solaceon City, and Haunter can either be evolved from Gastly in the lost tower or Eterna Forest Old Chateau, or can be traded for a Medicham in Snowpoint city.

you get lucario at iron cave after beating the 6th gym leader in canalave by taking a boat. the day care is in solaceon town and you get haunter in snow point city by trading it for buizel.

I noticed that I answered #2 WRONG! Way wrong. Here's an updated version:

Talk to the Galactic Grunt when trying to leave pastoria city, and follow him to the Valor Lakefront. On the way, you'll battle your rival. Beat him, and continue on. Following the Grunt, you'll eventually battle him. Beat him, and go north a little and you'll notice Cynthia will talk to you. She'll give you a secretpotion to heal the Psyduck along route 210. It doesn't matter whether you fly to Veilstone or Solaceon now or later, however if you continue along route 214, you'll end up at Veilstone, so it doesn't matter. Either way, go to route 210, eventually or now, and heal the Psyduck. Cynthia shows up and gives you the old charm, which you'll need to give to her grandmother in Celestic Town, so that is obviously your next destination. Along rotue 210, you will have to use defog, which is obtained in the Safari Game in Pastoria City. Go to Pastoria City, and go in the bottom part, talking to the old woman along the way. Battle the galactic grunt, talk to the old woman again, give her the old charms, go in the cave, examine the drawing, talk to the old woman again, get hm03, and run off to hearthome city and battle the 5th gym leader.

Ok I noticed no one really helped with the riolu part.
Riolu evolves when it's daytime and it is very happy then just have it go up a level(riolu and lucario rule ps they can both learn earth quake at any time how wierd is that)
