1) Where in safari zone is dude who gives you HM? I think it's de fog
2) Where in contest hall is 5th gym leader?
3) Where in Pastoria is team galaxy

2. She isn't in the hall. Just beat Crasher Wake at Pastoria and drive away that single Galactic member.
