Diamond and Pearl are released in the US on April 22nd, and Europe on June 1st. So I would guess and say that you will get them some time between the two dates.

The United States gets it April 22nd, this Sunday, w00t! Europe gets it June 1st, so my money goes anytime between those two dates.
