No one know yet. But there will be a proffeser with a name of a tree, and a neighbor who will fight you every now and then.

All I know is that it isn't Kanto, Johto, or Hoenn. It's a whole different continent. There are new Pokemon, but there are some old Pokemon too. I also know ther will be a lot of new "pre-evolved" and "evolved" forms of some old Pokemon.

You are supposed to start off in a small town, with the name(Well it's unkown right now); You get to choose out of 3 Pokemon just like the other GBA Pokemon games.

Ok, the region you start out in is called Shinou I'm not sure if thats in english or japinesse ( I know I didn't spell that right) and the town you start out in is called Futaba Town

The region is Shinou, but you start out in Futaba Town. Your starters are Naetoru, Hikozaru, and Poccama.
