How can you get an HM rock climb??? I've been stucked for a year... Please help... Just tell me where and how... Thank you...

Go to Snow Point city and go to where the blizzard is a lot tougher. Find the house in this spot with a hiker in it and he will tell you he lost it outside. Go above the house and it should be by a tree.
