Starting Again!!!

I was forced to start again on diamond and I would like to know which Pokemon I should have on my team including moves and what starter I should pick.I would prefer to use turtwig but if not it's okay.

Pick whatever starter you want, and base your other Pokemon around that. Get a starly, and any other pokes that can help you.

Choose Turtwig if you want all the Starters are as dangerous as each other in the game, though if you want your Starter to be used on Wi-Fi select Chimchar, evolve it into an Infernape give it Life Orb (witch can be found in Stark Mountain) and give it a moveset like this:
Close Combat
Fire Blast/Flamethrower
Grass Knot
Hidden Power-Ice

Nature and EVs are up to you good luck. Smile

Easy start with piplup and evolve it twice it's moves should be surf waterfall icebeam and flashcannon get a starly lv2 then evolve it twice it's moves should be fly defog ariel ace and closecombat get a shinx lv3 and evolve it twice it's moves should be discharge thunder fang crunch and thunderbolt get a bidoof lv2 (it takes quite a while to lv up but it's worth it) it's moves should be cut rock smash rock climb and strenth then get a lv15 or 17 gible and evolve it twice it's moves should be flamethrower crunch dragonclaw and dragon pulse and finnialy wait until you can get legandary Pokemon and choose one of them your self!
