Help!!!

I can't seem to beat the Elite 4! :( I've come to the last Pok�mon of the Champion (Cynthia) but it's her F****** Garchomp! What should I do??

My Team is:
Kadabra lvl. 48 Moves: Psycho Cut, Psycic, Grass Knot & Shadow Ball Hold: Quick Claw
Haunter lvl. 37 Moves: Sucker Punch, Shadow Punch, Payback & Shadow Ball Hold: BlackGlasses
Staraptor lvl. 42 Moves: Fly, Defog, Close Combat & Aerial Ace Hold: None
Gastrodon lvl. 41 Moves: Hidden Power, Rain Dance, Body Slam & Muddy Water Hold: None
Infernape lvl. 60 Moves: Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Flamethrower & Mach Punch Hold: None
Quagsire lvl. 39 Moves Slam, Waterfall, Yawn & Earthquake Hold: None

If you have a dialga train to atleast lv 65 and trian your infernape to lv 100 because my friend has a lv 91 infernape.if you have ambasnow trian it to lv 80 and use ice moves on garchomp and trade with friends for tougher Pokemon
You have to TRIAN!!

This is the most boring but effective way:
TRAIN
Get your weakest pkmn up a lot of levels
Dont forget to buy revives and full restores and maybe full heals

it real simple get haunter, get him to learn destiny bond and use that against her garchomp.
