Im pretty sure that it has to do with honey trees so it may be related to pokemons attracted to them.

THE TERM SWARM MEANS THAT A GROUP OF A CERTIAN POKEMON IS TRAVELING AROUND AFTER YOU BEAT THE ELITE 4 GO TO DAWNS HOUSE AND TALK TO HER LITTLE SISTER AND SHE SHOULD TELL YOU ABOUT DIFFERENT POKEMON THAT ARE RARE AND SHE WILL TELL YOU WHERE THEY ARE
