I don't have them or the ruby version. What do I do now?

Hey k3durummer if you have a friend with the 3 regis from Hoenn already on their game, have them trade em'to you for a while. If they have an Event Regi. From Toys R US, have them trade that... Then your able to capute them>(Regice, Regirock, Registeel) in the game> Regice @ top of Mount Cornet-going to Route 218; Regirock @ Desert Ruins before Stark Mountian; and Registeel @ End of Iron Island.

Well you'll have to find someone who has them and trade with them, or just trade for a Regigigas with someone.

You could look/ask for the Pokemon modifyer code it really helps if you want it it is

It is fairly long but after you put in alot of codes it feels short.
Put it in your action replay if you have one.The directiond to use it are simple. PRESS L+R TO ACTIVATE AND THEN GO TO YOUR ITEMS AND YOU SHOULD SEE 493 MASTER BALLS AND THEN JUST SUBTRACT THE POKEMONS NUMBER IN THE NATIONAL POKEDEX FRON 493 AND WHEN YOU ARE IN GRASS HOLD L.now it might take a few tries to get the Pokemon that you want ...P.S. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO TYPE THIS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DON'T TYPE VERY FAST. HOPE THIS SATISFYES YOUR NEEDS
