Don't type in all caps please. Anyway, if you are playing Pokemon Diamond, you will find Dialga at the top of Mt. Coronet at level 47.

You find Dialga at lv 47 at the Summit of Mt coronet after a battle with Cyrus and behind dialga is a Admant Orb which if held by him powers Dragon and Stell moves!

At mt corant but dialga is a strong Pokemon it might not obey you at times and daimond and pearl are alot alike just a reminder
