Help please ( national pokedex )

Alright, so I defeated the elite 4 and completed the Sinnoh Pokedex. I Went to the poke Center and went on the PC and Professor Rowan told me to meet him at his lab, so I went there and he wasn't there. Then, I went to Professor Oak's house and He only gave me something Called an Up-Grade ( but I already know what it does).
Can someone help me get the national dex because I'm not sure what to do now.

This happened to my friend, it was because he used the Action Replay a lot and it messed up his game. If this is what happened to you, just get a code for a completed national pokedex. If you have never used the Action Replay before, then it most likely might be a glith in the game's system. Try looking around for the professor also, I found him in the Veilstone Store one.

To get the national pokedex you need to defeat the elite four. You have to complete the sinnoh pokedex. Then you go to professor Rowans lab then talk to him. Then professor oak should appear and give you a national pokedex!!!!!!lol.hope I helped

Well after defeating the elite four & chu seen all Pokemon talk to Rowan & then Oak will give chu the national dex. And if chu go to Bebe chu & anwser all yes she'll give chu a eevee
