How many footsteps does it take 2 hatch an ARCEUS bad egg?If not footsteps how?

If you get a so called "Bad Egg", you will be unable to hatch it since it is a egg gone bad. Hope this helps you out.

Bed eggs can never be hatched. Best thing to do with that is to put it in your PC and forget about it.
