Does anyone know a quick way to find Pokemon 102 and 114?

#102- Chatot: Can be found on routes 222 and 224 during the morning and day.
#114- Unknown: Can be found in ithe Soleceon Ruins. Located in the eastern side.

1) #102 - Chatot - It can be found on Routes 222 and 224, by walking in the grass, in the Morning and Day. There is a 20% chance on finding it.
2) #114 - Unown - It can be found in the Solaceon Ruins, which is located on the far Eastern side of Solaceon Town.
