Can someone please tell me a cheat that gives my Pokemon in the first slot the ability wonder guard permanently

If you mean an Action Replay code, I've never seen a code like that. If you want, you can go to www.pokesav.org and make a Pokemon just like the Pokemon you want to have Wonderguard and give it Wonderguard.
