The way that you make an Action Replay code is by using a program called PokeSav. You can make Pokemon give yourself a lot of items change things. It's not that hard. All you have to do is fill out the information that you want to give for the specific Pokemon. Like the stats, moves, name, etc. Then save it to your Action Replay Code Manager, the put it in your game, and that's it. I hope this helps. =D
