No, the amount of experience you gain from a battle depends on a few things.
1. The level of the Pokemon you are battling.
2. Whether it is a wild Pokemon or a Pokemon used by a trainer. Trainer Pokemon yield more xp pints at the same level than wild Pokemon do.
3. Whether your Pokemon was one you caught or wether it was traded to you. Pokemon traded to you will get boosted (meaning more) experience points in every battle they have.
4. Depending on the number of Pokemon you use against that pokemon. If you use one Pokemon it will gain all possible experience points. Use two and the experience points are divided evenly in half between Pokemon (if you have a traded Pokemon, it will gain extra, but not take any away from the non traded pokemon) and so on and so forth.
5. If you have an exp. Share attached to a Pokemon that doesn't battle, the Pokemon that did battle will only get half the available points. If you use two Pokemon in battle and have a third wearing the exp. Share that didn't battle, the Pokemon wearing the exp. Share will get hald the points and the other two will get a quarter each. If you have two Pokemon wearing exp. Shares and neither battle, they will share the exp points and the Pokemon that do battle will not receive any points at all.
So as you can see, experience gain can become quite complex the more variables you add to it.
Hope I helped!
There is no difference.
Experience depends on the level and what Pokemon it is.
