I can not find a Dialga or Palkia anywere

Dialga and Palkia are found in Mt.Coronet, Dialga in Pokemon Diamond and Palkia in Pearl. Mr.Coronet is located West of Hearthome City, on Route 208. You will need the HM Strength to get through the Mountain, I can't remember if you need Rock Smash, or not, but I don't believe you do. Anyway, make your way throuh the Mountain. Beware, though, their will be some trainers in the mountain and you will run into Team Galactic a few times, including Cyrus when you get to the place where Dialga is resting.
I suggest you bring Ultra balls and Dusk Balls, save your Master Ball for later, you will need it. Dialga will be level 47. Remember to try and get it's health down and try to use sleep, freeze, etc. On it. Oh, and remember to save your game before you go into battle with it, just incase you kill it.

Without hacking, the only way to find Dialga and Palkia is by going to Spear Pillar, which is at the top of Mt. Coronet. You can only get Dialga on Diamond, and Palkia on Pearl. To get the other, you can either hack, or get them from a friend.

To get Dialga/Palkia,you would hike up the top of Mt. Coronet, the gianormous mountain stretching halfway throug the middle of the map. Galactic members and bosses will be at the top.Aftr beating Mars and Jupiter,you will fight Cyrus. Then Dialga/Palkia will be waiting there.Hope I'm right.
