Please Help ?
I have beaten all 8 gyms and am halfway through Victory Road, but I am wondering when and where can I get a Riolu or Lucario?
Also I havent been able to find where to get the Good Rod and Super Rod....Can any of ya'll help?

If you go to Canalave city, there should be a ship with a sailor standing outside it on the bottom-left side of town. Talk to him and get him to take you to iron island go into the cave and find Riley (down the first right stairs, then down the elevator, and through the left stairs) Bring him with you (he fights with you using a Lucario) and find the galactic grunts. Fight and beat them and Riley will give you the riolu egg. The riolu will evolve into Lucario during day with high friendship. This is the only riolu/lucario in the game unless you breed.
As for the Rods, the fisher to the east of Hearthome city (route 209) will give you the good rod, and a fisher around the fight area (after the elite four) will give it to you

You get a Riolu egg from Riley in Iron Island. You get to Iron Island from Canalave City. Though Riolu will be level 1 when it hatches...It won't actually help with your Elite Four team...unless you put it through extreme Hardcore training.
You get a Super Rod in the Fight Area.

To get a Riolu you have to go to Iron Island. To get there you need to go to Canalave City and talk to the sailor. He will take you to Iron Island. In the cave there should be a guy dressed in blue. His name is Riley. Talk to him and he will give you a Riolu egg. Hatch it then evolve by getting it at a high happiness and then level it up during the day time.
To get the good rod go to Route 209, east of Hearthome, and talk to the fisherman standing there. He will give it to you.
To get the super rod go to the Fight Area. After you beat the Elite Four go to Snowpoint City and head to the southern part of the city and take the boat. Once you dock at the Fight Area there will be a fisherman directly above the dock. Hope I helped.

Well for one to get riolu you get to that city left of jubalife city and get on the boat he will take you to a cave then you have to go find some guy wearing blue I think it was and he will ask if you 2 can go as a team you will go find the glactic team what ever it's called (btw all battles will be doubles) and when you beat the 2 grunts (their Pokemon levels sorta low(around 35 althought I had a level 100 infernape LOL)) after that he will thank you and give you an egg once it hatches you will get riolu which will evolve when it's happy.
The good rod will be just east or homeheart I think and the super road you wont be able to get till you beat the elite four it will be around the battle tower some where
