Mesprit, celebi and jirachi

Mesprit, celebi and jirachi
Ok I'm trying to make mesprit to fall asleep but my kricketune isnt fast enough and I gave it the quick claw but mesprit just flies off will someone help me? And for celebi and jirachi are they in the game can you find them and where?

I would use a gengar or golbat, and for celebi and jirachi you have to use pal park or an action replay code.

If you are able to get a Gengar with hypnosis and mean look. You should be able to put it to sleep and prevent it from running away. Even though Gengar is fast it wouldn't help to give him the Quick Claw.

The best Pokemon to put Mesprit to sleep is Gengar. Make sure you have one with the moves Mean Look, and Hypnosis. The move Mean Look prevents a Pokemon from excaping any battle. This now give you a better chance to catch Mesprit.

Well if you have a Pokemon with the ability to block them from fleeing then you are good, I do not know which Pokemon have that ability
