Where is the Super Rod!? I have searched everywhere and I stil can't find it.

You obtain the super rod, at the left exit of the Battle Area going to the Survival Area,for a fisherman, but first you must obtain the national pokedex.

When you go on the boat at snowpoint city there is a fisherman above the dock who gives you the rod.
