I think you mean the Sun Stone and Moon Stone, and the Sun Stone, can be found Underground, and can Evolve a Gloom or a Sunkern, and the Moon Stone, can also be found Underground, or on a wild Clefairy or a wild Cleffa, and it can be used, to evolve a Nidorina, Nidorino, Clefairy, Jigglypuff, or a Skitty.

I'm sure you mean the Sun and the Moon Stones. You can get both in the Underground. You can also find Moon Stones on wild Clefairy.

All of you are wrong there is such thing as a moon shard and sun shard the question asker was in fact correct as you both do not know anything about Pokemon.
