I used an ar code that took away my pokedex
I used an ar code and it did not tell me it would make all my gym badges and pokedex. I found an ar code that that gave me all my badges back but I need my pokedex back! I have the pokedex filled out and when I go to oaks pc he still commends me for filling out 200 some Pokemon on my pokedex but when I go to the menu it just is not there! Some one please help!!

Sounds like another Glitch to me. I had this problem once but it eventually just showed up. Anyway I recommend going to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum here and asking for someone to make you a code to get it back. Hope I helped

Look it up on the internet or wait for it to show it to show up or ask someone to make you a code that makes a pokedex.
