Pokemon with the pick up ability can find shiny stones. You can get feebas in Mt. Coronet in the water, but they are very rare. It's easier to get one from the GTS (Global Trade Station) located in Jubilife city

You will need a wifi connection if you want to use GTS when my wifi is up ill trade ya one but make a topic in the Pokemon trading forum thats if you have wifi. As for shiny stones get a Pokemon like zizagoon and learn picup and you can find them. Hope I helped
