Go between jubilife and water city and use the radar thats how you get ditto

Well, if you have diamond, you go to Route 210, and use the pokeradar to have a chance at Larvitar, which will later evolve into Tyranitar
And if you have pearl, you go to Route 210, and use the pokeradar to have a chance at Bagon, which will later evolve into Salamence.
