I heared form gamespot.com guys I don't want to disapont you but they say it
Will come in sping 09 warrior and sk8rboy that date is the japanies date
It wont come in jan 09 in jun 09 so srry and they said that

"this game comes in sping 09"

It comes out this November in Japan, early 2009 in Ameria and summer 2009 in Europe.
