Question for Pokemon Diamond
feebas wont evolve. I've gotten it up to level 40 and it's beauty is maxed out. I've given it nothing but dry poffins and dry bitter poffins. It wont eat any more poffins and I got it at level 16. What's the problem?

The easiest way to see if Feebas will evolve is to check it's beauty condition. If it's beauty does not get inside the blue zone at the edge of the pentagon it will never evolve, regardless of items or level. Therefore, when feeding Poffins to Feebas, make sure they have a good effect of raising it's beauty. Trust me--I have seen this problem many times. Good luck!

Make sure it is not holding an ever stone because that stop evolution and if it is not holding one there must be something wrong with your game

Try making it hold sooth bell and battle with it to 41 that might work and yes make sure no everstone is on it
