Can I remove HMs ever? And how... Or not how

Sure. Dig up a Heart Scale undergroung, bring it to the Move tutor in Pastoria City. The move tutor's house is by the bit of water in Pastoria City.

Go to the move tutor in Pastoria City. Give him a Heart Scale (thaT CAn be dug up underground) and he'll make our Pokemon forget their HMs.

Yes, you need to go to a move deleter. There is one in Canalav City.

You can. Go to the Move Deleter in Canalave City. He will be able to delete any move from any of your Pokemon. Counting HM's.

There is a way without those ideas but they are true, i'll tell you my way, get a action replay, get the code HM moves are erasable. Remember you need a action replay. I'll provide you the code. Ok the code is only 3 lines long, here we go.
