Its a program called pokesav you have to download it. Here is a link that has alot of them to download an some info here on SuperCheats.

There is a program out there called Pokesav. You can use it to make a Pokemon have any moves, stats, abilities, etc. Once you get the hang of it, it's very usefull to use.
It's a program called pokesav you have to download off the internet, then you can creat your codes with it. Warning: Some codes you make may give you a bad egg, ruin your action replay, or mess up your game.
