Breeding EV!!??!!
When breeding an ev with ditto, does it have to be an ev or can it be an evolution of ev???

No it doesn't have to be an eevee it can be it's evolutions!

It can be an evolution of an evee and with an evolution you can get better results espically if the evlolution of an evee knows an TM move.

You can breed an Eevee with a Ditto. It can also be an evolution of Eevee. The Pokemon inside the egg made will always be an Eevee. If your Eevee, or one it's evolutions, has a certain move, it can be transfered to the hatched Eevee. This mostly works with TM moves. I once made a Lv. 1 Squirtle have Hydro Pump, and Surf as an outcome when breeding a Blastoise that had both of those moves with a Ditto.

Yes you can breed an EV Pokemon with a ditto and it will have EV stats. I hoped this helped.
