I watched a vid on youtube which showed you going into the ruind with unknown walking most of the way fighting 100 unknown and then going into the last room with the writing and when he walked down he encounted a wild Celebi any way I want to know is this true I stuffed it up and wanted to know if it was real before trying again so does anyone know if it works

That isn't true. The person on the video you watched most likely used an Action Replay to encounter the Celebi.

No don't attempt it some one has just went and put together a video of different things of Pokemon versions just to get people to waste there time trust me what this person has up loaded is nothing but a trick so don't go and waste your time

Yes you can encounter celibi with an ar. It's called Pokemon modifier. If you want it search it on youtube.
