The Oval Stone is located on the second floor of the Lost Tower, just south of Solaceon Town. It is oppostite a Trainer. PS: You give the Oval Stone to Happiny then level it up during the day.

You get the Oval Stone in lost tower. You can also get one from a wild Chansey. But they are hard to come by.

You can look for the oval stone in the Lost Tower but can also catch a lots of Chanse until one have the oval stone. I hope it helps!

I think you can also search for one in the Underground, but your chances are pretty low.

Ok for this one it's in the lost tower p.s. It evolves a hapiny if the hapiny levels up while holding it between the times of 4:00 a.m. And 7:59 p.m
