Question for Pokemon Diamond

I have been told there is a level Pokemon 70 Pokemon in the cave at Stark Mountain. Ive searched for the Pokemon but havent found it. I was wondering if anyone knows where it is.

The Pokemon is heatran (Level 70) It is the only legendary to have a gender besides latios and latias. To get it you need to do the following

STARK MOUNTAIN
Hms needed... Rock smash and strength (rock climb may be used the second time)
Here we go...
Go through stark mountain with buck because he wants the MAGMA STONE!

If you just keep moving around, you will find THE ROOM!

Their is nothing but the magam stone in that room, and buck takes it.

Then if you leave (via escape rope or dig) and go back to the survival area, buck will be there in the old mans house.

Talk to the old man

Talk to buck

He will return the stone, but heatran will still be there, so you go bacak and fight heatran.

Battle adn/or catch heatran!!!!

Yes there is a Pokemon level 70 in Stark Cave. You need to right at the end of the cave. Also you might want to know the pokemon's name too it's Heatran. Also stock up on as many pokeballs as possible. I hoped this helped.

This Lv. 70 Pokemon that's at Stark Mountain is also known as the legendary Pokemon Heatran. Hetran is located at the very back of Stark Mountain.

The level 70 Pokemon is a legendary Pokemon aka Heatran. It is all the way back of the cave.
