Anyone know what levels i should train my pokemon to face the el

Raise your Pokemon to at least level 60 or above or it will be very diffucult to defeat the Elite 4. Also if I were you I would swap out your Bibarel for another Pokemon since it is not very powerful and does not have a very good type(s).

At least level 60, if not even higher level Pokemon would be decent. I suggest you level up your legendary because it will be a huge threat to cynthia if you give it a leftovers to hold or a draco plate (found in the underground). Also, teach it very good moves in a different variety according to whether it's special attack is higher or attack. Keep staraptor and give it a sky plate if you have one. My team for beating the elite four was torterra level 67 which knows frenzy plant, energy ball, wood hammer, and rock climb...giratina level 85, knows shadow force, shadow claw, fly, and earth power...lucario level 64 (bone rush, aura sphere, focus punch and strength, garchomp level 66 (dragon rush, draco meteor, crunch, and dig), luxray level 61(thunder, thunder fang, discharge, and crunch), and dragonite level 62 (thunder, dragon rush, surf, and dragon dance.
