I have lost my poketch somehow could someone make an AR code to give me it and all the apps??

Ok, first, this sort of thing belongs in the AR Code Request Forum. It may be *slightly* chaotic, but it works.
Second, how the heck did you lose your Poketch? Did you go catch a Missingno or something?
