FAQ's lied
The other day I looked at a FAQ and it said behind the statue in Eterna City there is a masterball. I looked and I got a Draco plate. Then the next day I looked again then there was nothing there.

I'm sorry, that is a bogus cheat. Only the Draco plate is found behind the statue in Eterna City.

Yeah, um, where did you find that FAQ? 'Cause it would seem to be a load of crap wrapped up in a soft tortilla bread shell.
Seems like somebody makes up a new rumor of a glitch or a cheat every week.... Listen, next time you see something like that, test it out for yourself, and email the person who put the bogus info up (that is, assuming they put their email addres in the FAQ for follow-up). If it seems to good to be true, like a level 200 Kingdra or something, it most likely is.

There is no master ball behind the statue. The only way to get the master balls is to get it from team Galactic leader, get all numbers on the lottery, or hack it with an action replay.

So, what is your question? Yes, the FAQ did lie and you already know that so what do you want to know? You have a Draco Plate which can be very useful so are you complaining. You can only get Masterballs from the one Cyrus gives you, winning the lottery at the TV Station, or by using an Action Replay.
