I really kinda need help! The sooner the better!

I have a lot of questions
I am a 'first-time' player!
Please don't be critical or mean!

I need a map of the entire Pokemon Diamond. Can you post a link?

My Pokemon are so weak any quick ways to boost levels?

Where can I find those special HM or TM or something like that (specifically CUT, SURF and the one rock breaker thing!)

Are there any tips for me?

What can I do to get that one Magicarp (or something) fish Pokemon to Evolve or Gain levels?
Thanks any help is greatly appreciated!!

Ok, for 1, what do you mean by the map? If I knew, i'd help
2:the quikest way I know of 2 boost levels is 2 put them in the day-care center, 4 every step you take, they get 1 experience point.
3:do the same w/ magikarp, the daycare'll do wonders, I got mine 2 level 34 in an hour.
4:u get on of those hms right before you enter (i think) solaceon town, whivh is also where the day care center is. You have 2 go all the way 2 the top.
5:tips.....train,train,train,train,train,!!!!!! Find Pokemon that are the same level as you and battle them.
