I am new to Pokemon diamond and I wanted to know where you find a super rod?

You've come to the right place, levi! Right, to get the Super Rod you need to defeat the Elite Four and complete the Sinnoh Dex, you then travel to Battle Island through Snowpoint City, when you reach Battle Island and get off of the boat walk North and you should see a Fisherman, talk to him and he should give you the Super Rod!

To find the Super rod you have to go to the Fight Arena which is located in the island on the top right corner of the map. To get to the Island you have to beat the Elite four and talk to the sailor in Snowpoint City.

Yeah you have to first beat the Elite Four and then you take the boat in Canalave City to the Battle Frontier. A fisherman guy will be there just walking around. (He's near where you exit out of the Battle frontier)
