Max out Eevee's friendship then raise it's level at nighttime and it will evolve into Umbreon. To boost it's friendship level keep it in your party, feed it poffins, and give it an item to hold.

Max out Eevee's friendship then raise it's level at nighttime and it will evolve into Umbreon. Thats all, if it's weak just send it out then return it then it shall help. Do not use Exp. Share it's no good. Also try not to let it faint or else it will lose friendship. I hoped this helped.

You can easily find this out by using the Pokedex here at Supercheats or the one at Serebii.net. But I will tell you how to obtain Unbreon. Start leveling up your Eevee. It's friendship should be just about all the way up. Once done each, your Eevee should evolve into Unbreon if done this during the night-time.
