I need to find Drifloon to complete my naional dex.
I missed out on seeing it at the hearthome qym, I skipped those players.
I went back but was unable to battle them again.
Where else may I see a Drifloon.

On every friday, go to the valley windworks and he/ she is in front of the sign
You can find him on valley windworks, but remember ONLY on fridays. This video is really simple, you will find him in no time:

You can find Difloons at the Vally Windworks on Fridays between 5pm and 8pm.
You can see / catch drifloon every friday morning at Valley Windworks.

It's at the Windmill Factory at a certain day and time.
Well I don't know what happend with my game but I was able to really see one floating outside of the windmill place and battle it. I also think you can find some outside of that in the grass. Hope this helps.
On fridays go to vally Windworks. It will be there. It is not in the grass. You can see it
Every Friday at 6:00PM at Valley Windworks a Drifloon will appear in front of the entrance to the factory. Not in the grass. Literally you will be able to see it.
Every Friday Drifloon appears at the Valley Windworks where you can see and or capture the pokemon. It will be a sprite you go up and activate instad of roaming in the grass.

There is only 1 other way to see a Drifloon in Diamond and Pearl. Every Friday, a Drifloon will appear at the entrace of Valley Windworks. It will be at level 22 when you fight it.

Drifloon is located outside the Windmill Factory only Fridays at anytime of the day except nighttime. I hoped this helps.
