Can you go to other regions like Hoenn through Diamond?Pearl?

I am sorry to inform that you cannot explore Kanto, Johto or Hoenn, you can only explore Sinnoh, and the islands around it, like Battle Island and Full Moon Island. So no, you cannot explore other regions.

Nope, you can only go through sinnoh in dimond and pearl though in the ucoming platinum their may be more places to explore if we are lucky.
