Wat is the perfect team for Pokemon Diamond without using anaction replay, gameshark, trading with Wi-Fi, or trading with friends?

The best team is a team that is powerful as well as being good against a lot of types, my opinion is you should have at least one powerful water, fire, and electric Pokemon which will be good against most types.

If need to beat the elite four then the team I did it with was.... Dialga Lv.72 Garchomp Lv.68 Lucario Lv.72
Empoleon Lv. 65 Drifblim Lv.62 Drapion Lv.64
But what there is no such thing as a PERFECT TEAM just a great team....the team you like is the one you raise yourself not some team that you get from a code and someone else made because it can and will screw your game up so there is no perfect team just the one you make strong.....

We cn't really decide that. There are various trainers out there with different teams. A recommendation would be a team that is balanced in all areas.
